Game cheats

After 500 plays and keeping stats. The game dealt itself a starting hand of 10+ points 70% of the time. At the same time the game dealt me a starting hand of 6 or less points. This was only at the hardest level. I like a good challenge. But shouldnt the game be programmed randomly and not so one sided. It gets frustrating never having the opportunity to win. The game also get the deal cut 86% of the time.
